Thank you for choosing Speedy Scan products. Speedy Scan provides free technical support for all Speedy Scan products. In most cases, free technical support is available for the current version of a product and its previous version. Free technical support may not be available in cases of conflict between the Policy and the License Agreement or national laws. Please write us for a list of supported products.Free technical support is only provided to registered users.

SPEEDY makes every effort to answer your questions by e-mail within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You can also ask your questions by phone. Our hotline is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST via voicemail. If you call from cities other than New York, you will only have to pay for the long-distance call. Technical support for developers' products is only available by e-mail. Please note that many issues can be solved by consulting the the Help file or the this website.

Speedy Scan retains the right to amend or otherwise modify this Free Technical Support Policy. In such an event SPEEDY shall post three month's notification on its corporate website.
