Speedy Organizer/PLUS has all of the same features and functions of Speedy Organizer, but is designed to operate in a network environment. Speedy Organizer/PLUS operates through your network to support, multiple departments and businesses in multiple locations with the capability to manage full enterprise digital document and communication needs.  This product is already being used in environments with anywhere from 5 to100 network users and handles what might be considered the more sophisticated larger businesses digital document management needs. In this environment data security and more importantly data integrity is automatically resolved when using Speedy Organizer/PLUS.

                                 

Speedy Organizer/PLUS (Enterprise Version) has all the functionality of the Speedy Organizer/PLUS but allows for unlimited use over an entire enterprise. Enterprise license pricing provides for unlimited internal use (not for re-sale) and would be calculated based upon the specific Enterprise and its combined subsidiaries requirements. Factors would include the overall size of the combined Enterprise networks and a determination of potential users. Other considerations may include on-going support arrangements and the amount of training and implementation efforts required if any.
